I had 2 boxes missing from my order. I emailed Pukka support and had 2 replies on the same day, they asked me to give them a while to sort it out. I hadn’t heard anything for a week so contacted them again and two days later had an email from Royal Mail telling me my replacement’s were on their way plus another box of tea for the bother. I thought they could have sent the replacements sooner but was happy that it got sorted in the end. The tea was fantastic as always.

I have been drinking a lot of chai recently, and this is my first time trying pukka chai, sadly all other brands are far superior. As everyone else has said. It is far too week, not enough black tea. I much prefer teapigs.

I leave the teabag in and no milk or sugar and it’s delicious! I don’t know how chai tea is supposed to taste but it doesn’t matter if you like it!

Chai tea recently changed its flavour, not sure why as previous flavour was excellent. Please bring it back!

After initial disappointment with the apparent 'weakness' of this tea, I am now 10 brews into my first box and actually prefer it! Despite the pale colour when brewed, it has a robust flavour. Leave the milk out! I'm a convert!

This is the first time I have tried Pukka, and am disappointed to say that it's by far the worst chai tea I have purchased. As mentioned by other commenters it is very, very weak and flavourless--almost the color of a chamomile tea.
